As a first time home buyer I was very anxious about beginning my journey into the housing market. Karen was very easy to work with and took the time to explain a lot of different aspects about buying a house and what to look for. She has extensive knowledge about the builders in the area and can point you in the correct direction regarding what houses are worth spending the time to look at. She was able to answer most questions I had, and any she could not answer she always pointed me to the correct source. I can assure anyone who is considering working with Karen as their realtor, they will not be disappointed!

My wife and I moved from Maine to Georgia and had basically no knowledge of the area. We contacted several brokers to take us to look at some houses that we wanted to see. After our appointment with Karen, we knew she was the perfect choice to help us find our new home.
Every other broker we talked to, would take us to the house we wanted to look at, and then we would get the self-generated emails from them listing whatever houses fit the fairly generic profile they had entered in their database for us. Karen actually took the time to put together lists of houses that fit our budget, needs, and personal styles. Whenever we would get together, she would have 4 or 5 other properties in mind that she would take us to look at.
Karen's knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods, the individual properties, and the local builders was awesome. She was able to hone our search down until we found the perfect home.
Being first time home buyers, we were both a little afraid of the entire process once we found the home we wanted. If there were any hitches in the process for buying our house, we didn't know about it. Karen seamlessly worked with the other broker and the sellers, and the whole transaction just seemed to fall in place, though I'm sure that was the direct result of all the work Karen was doing for us behind the scenes.
I would highly recommend Karen for anyone looking to buy a Property in the area. Even after we purchased our home she continues to help us locate things we need as people who are new to the area. If you want someone who will truly make you feel like you are their most important client, choose Karen Miller

We moved to Georgia from Pennsylvania for the milder climate to enjoy our retirement. Our house sale in Pennsylvania had several delays and complications caused by the realtors we listed our home with. This caused numerous issues in finding a home here in Georgia. Two trips to Georgia, one house we had to let go because of the problems in Penna., and looking at scores of homes, Karen helped us find the right home. She answers emails and phone calls immediately; she made sure she was available when we scheduled our trips to look at houses; she is very knowledgeable, matched our wish list with homes available; she is detail oriented and made sure the closing went smoothly. Karen Miller was very knowledgeable and helpful within the entire process of purchasing a home. She was very dedicated to make certain I was getting the most "bang for the buck" throughout the entire process. Most importantly she was willing to walk away from a sale if I wasn't comfortable or if she didn't think we were getting a proper deal, which made me know that she was truly representing me as a buyer instead of trying to make a sale.

Karen was recommended to me by a friend who's son worked with her and purchased his first home.
I was living in another state and contacted Karen about some properties I was interested in. She had gone above and beyond to research the properties, visited the sites and even took videos and pictures for me. After talking with her, I felt I could trust her to find my home, sight unseen.
