About Karen
As a Savannian, and second generation Realtor, I am very aware of how important it is for my clients to be within a comfortable driving distance to their work and in a school district that best fits their needs. Having Realtors as parents and a brother as a land surveyor, becoming a Realtor just seemed like it was a natural fit for me. I moved to Effingham County since 2013 and work in Chatham, Effingham, and surrounding counties.
Finding the right home for you is my passion and I will strive to meet and exceed your needs and expectations. I will be giving you quality service every step of the way from assisting you in finding a lender and starting your home search through closing and
handing you your new keys. If you have a home to sell, I will be assisting you from setting a competitive price with current market knowledge, staging advice, professional photos, marketing and online presence through negotiating offers and closing.
With my background of customer service, marketing and negotiating skills come naturally to me. Extra credit classes in marketing and negotiation have also been helpful along the way. For over a decade, creating satisfied customers was one of my top priorities during my previous ownership of a high volume national restaurant chain. My goal is to make each of my clients a Raving Fan during our experience together. With an approachable attitude, clients feel comfortable coming to me with questions and advice. Even after closing, referring their friends and family to me is a testament of how pleased they are with the level of service and commitment that I provided during their experience with me as their Realtor.
